I was born and brought up at Katwa, a town in east part of India.
In school days, I started growing interest in mathematics because my father used to teach me basic maths.
I find Mathematics to be an extremely enjoyable subject.

In 2006, I finished my bachelor (of science with honours in mathematics) in Katwa College. Then I moved to Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Bangalore, India for my master's and there I had a good training and enough motivation to continue my Phd in partial differential equation. I have defended my thesis in 2012. The title of my thesis is "Finer analysis of characteristic curve and its application to exact, optimal controllability, structure of the entropy solution of a scalar conservation law with convex flux".

Afterwards, I had the opportunity to spend 2 years in France as a post doc in several universities namely,  Université de Franche-Comté (Besançon),  Université Pierre-et-Marie-Curie (Paris) and Université Paul Sabatier(Toulouse). The core of my research interest lies with the analysis of non linear hyperbolic partial differential equations. I am keenly looking forward to actively continue my research in applied partial differential equation and fluid dynamics.

I am extremely passionate about cricket. I like watching cinema also I like tourism.
