Equilibration for condensing Zero Range Process

In order to derive metastable dynamics for the zero range process with condensing rates when the system size is proportional to the particle number, it is necessary to prove equilibration within the wells, and obtain uniform bounds that hold until the equilibration takes place. The first problem is tackled with standard arguments that lead to a Poincaré inquality, while the second is treated by coupling the zero range process to a branching system of birth and death chains.
